It seems like children grow up so fast.  As they grow older that collection of children’s photos become even more precious.  As a way of preserving your memories, have you ever considered having image enhancement done on your pictures?  If not, it is something you should consider.

 

There are a couple of reasons to have your children’s photos digitally altered.  The first is that there may have been some damage to one or more of your photos over the years.  Photographs are not rugged, and it only takes one mishap for the picture to be creased or stained.  Once the damage is done there is no way to undo it.

 

The alternative would be to have the original damaged photos converted to a digital format, and then do digital restoration on the copy.  As long as there is enough of the original image to be able to recreate the picture, photo restoration can be accomplished.

Another thing you might want to consider with your children’s photos is to have the image enhancement done.  This can be for your own enjoyment, but it also makes a great personalised photo gift. 

 

There are quite a few options available to you when it comes to image enhancement of your photos.  In fact, the only thing that limits you is your own imagination.  If you can envision it, and are willing to pay to have it done for you, there is very little that cannot be accomplished.  Once the photo has been put into a digital format it can be changed without altering the original image.

 

You could have something as simple as a collage of several pictures of your children at an event they attended or from a particular vacation.  You could do a “now and them” type picture showing your children as toddlers, and then as teenagers.  You could even have a composite picture of all of the grandchildren out into a single picture.  This is great for special events, like 50th Wedding Anniversary Gifts.

 

If the picture is an older black and white photo, you might want to consider having the photo converted from black and white to color.  You could also have some fun with your pictures and change the background to an outer space of underwater scene.

Digital restoration opens up all sorts of possibilities as to what can be done with your children’s photos.  With a little creativity and a talented artist, you can accomplish nearly anything.  Be creative and have fun.  Photographs are meant to be enjoyed.  Make sure that you can truly enjoy yours.
