We do not send or accept photos through the post owing to problems such as loss or damage. If your photo is already stored on your computer, with today’s technology it is Quicker. Safer. Cheaper and Easier to send using your computer. If your photo is not computerised and you don’t have a scanner yourself, you can ask a friend or there are numerous places in your nearest town that will do this for you. It is always advisable to do this with old and especially treasured photos.
To send your photo/photos simply follow the download instructions with a description of what you require in the comments block. For example if the picture is black and white you may need to add specific details such as dress colour hair colour etc or any additional requirements you think we may need. Alternatively you can leave your phone number and we will contact you reference your requirements.
Send your photo at whatever size you have it stored do not shrink or resize as this may result in loss of clarity.
