Time has a way of taking its toll on photos.  Many times you find photos that you need to repair, add, remove, etc. elements that have marred the image, and distract you from the memory that was captured.  When you need to fix old photos, you can have it accomplished by having digital restoration and photo touch ups done to bring the photo back to its original condition.

This photo is an example of the type of photo restoration that is possible with digital technology.  This is a photo that has become spotted over the years, and has developed lines of discoloration.  Instead of being enjoyed, photos in this condition are typically relegated to a place that is rarely viewed.  The memories that the photo captures are not recalled as often as they should be.

In this instance it is possible to digitally restore the photo.  Once the photograph is scanned into a digital format the technician would go through each area and restore the damaged areas by recolouring the area.  This is a slow tedious process.  There are no computer programs that can adequately do the job, so it must be done by hand.

Once the photo restoration has been completed the photo will be back to its original condition, and you will have a photo that you will be able to enjoy for years to come.
